Query order
- Click Login Member > My Account> Order at the top right of the homepage to check the order information.
Change order

- No changes will be accepted within 48 hours.
Cancel order
- If the order is cancelled 72 hours before the scheduled delivery time, the full amount can be retained as shopping cash; if you choose to refund, the cash flow processing fee (5% of the total amount) that may arise from some refund methods must be borne by yourself.
- If the order is cancelled 72 hours to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time, 50% of the total amount of consumables loss will be charged.
- Orders cannot be cancelled 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
Refund method
- Online credit card: Contact us during business hours (11-19 o'clock) on the day of placing the order, and the full amount can be refunded. If the time limit is exceeded, the remittance method will be changed for refund.
- Remittance: Please provide a refund account and sign the refund consent form before the payment can be refunded within about 5 working days.
- If it is not a return of defective products, the cash flow processing fee of 5% of the total amount must be absorbed by the person applying for the refund.
