  • 線上訂購:選擇商品、加入購物車、填寫資訊、選付款方式、完成訂單。

  • 營業時間:週一至週六 11:00 – 19:00。
  • 一般訂購:提前兩天訂購,最快2天後送達。
  • 急件服務:需要當日或隔日送達,請聯絡官方LINE
  • 花材根據季節和可用性調整。
  • 圖片中的花器或配件若缺貨,會以類似的替代品取而代之。
  • 指定配送日期,可選擇 12:00-15:00 或 15:00-19:00 時段。
  • 特殊配送需求,請使用備註或聯絡官方LINE真人客服
  • 宅配至偏遠地區可能有誤差,建議提前下訂。
  • 每筆交易的運費只包含一次配送,請確保地址能於指定時間內簽收,以免二次運送。
  • 線上刷卡:安全加密,支援各種信用卡。
  • 匯款:提供多家銀行帳號。

  • 使用發票,提供統一編號服務。
  • 保護客戶隱私極為重要,所有個人資料僅用於訂單和配送。

  • 更改訂單請於預定送達時間 48 小時前之營業時間內私訊"OhMyFlower official Line"、由專人為您服務。
  • No changes will be accepted within 48 hours.
  • If the order is cancelled 72 hours before the scheduled delivery time, the full amount can be retained as shopping cash; if you choose to refund, the cash flow processing fee (5% of the total amount) that may arise from some refund methods must be borne by yourself.
  • If the order is cancelled 72 hours to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time, 50% of the total amount of consumables loss will be charged.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
  • Online credit card: Contact us during business hours (11-19 o'clock) on the day of placing the order, and the full amount can be refunded. If the time limit is exceeded, the remittance method will be changed for refund.
  • Remittance: Please provide a refund account and sign the refund consent form before the payment can be refunded within about 5 working days.
  • If it is not a return of defective products, the cash flow processing fee of 5% of the total amount must be absorbed by the person applying for the refund.
